Here's another snap shot of one of the Artists we'll be featuring this upcoming Sunday (Feb. 25) from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM at our "Art of the African American Experience in New England" show, celebrating Black History Month 2018, at the WMCC 111 Arlington St. West Meford MA: Marsha Geliln Bio: I am a first generation Haitian American, Boston Area Native. My Haitian heritage influences my art in many ways. Growing up I was exposed to all things colorful from a painting imported from Haiti, to the Caribbean influences of my mother's home decor. Art was everything! As I grew up I wanted to capture that through photo. I love taking pictures of interesting things but most of all I enjoy taking photos of interesting people. I love crooked smiles and mysterious eyes. I take photos that tell stories and inspire folks to be happy!
