The latest update on the fatal hit and run yesterday: a juvenile driver is charged and is alleged to have been driving under the influence of drugs and without a license. Several news trucks were at the scene of a fatal pedestrian accident that occurred late Sunday afternoon on Spring Street. A witness said he saw the driver, a juvenile male, speeding and driving erratically before allegedly striking and killing a woman and then hitting and injuring a man and a woman walking a dog. The dog didn't survive. The accident is under investigation and no names have been released.
