Marks calls for raised crosswalks, long-lasting paint on city streets

When councilor Adam Knight proposed a resolution to re-paint the faded stripes at the intersection of Woburn Street and Wildwood Road per residents’ requests, Marks argued that the city also needed a more efficient and comprehensive approach to street painting.
